Main Level: Sleeps up to four adults. It features a full private bath, a queen bedroom overlooking the confluence, a spacious living / dining room area with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with all amenities, a TV with DVD player and private access to the wrap around deck offering spectacular river views.

Main Level: Sleeps up to four adults and is opened when five or more adults are renting, the Main and Lower levels comprise the whole house. The lower level offers a private entrance accessible from the drive way and down the garden walk way, a full private bath, a bedroom with a king or two twin beds, a living room with a queen sleeper air sofa, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a TV with DVD player and private access to the walking gardens and swing. |

Additional Guest: a $25 surcharge per adult per day will be charged for more than eight overnight adults.

Payment Methods: The River House does not accept credit or debit cards; payment is due at check-out and may be made by personal check, cash, money order or traveler's check made payable to Michael Morrow.
Check-In: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM; however this time may be flexible, call for earlier arrival availability.
Check-Out: Check out time is 11:00 AM; however this time may be flexible, call for later check-out availability.
Secure Storage: With prior coordination you can have to our locked garage on site for bicycle / motorcycle storage during your stay.
Pets: Obedient pets welcome.
Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the River House. You may smoke outside and on the deck, ashtrays are provided for your convenience. The River House is a private property; only registered guests are permitted. |
